I saw a bad review of this and they didn't go into detail so I figured they got the wrong parts wet and it stopped working. I feel like that's a thing. Well, I needed a new warm humidifier fast and this is a top brand and I wanted something a little different than my previous brands and models. I was also excited about the essential oil feature. Not sure could really tell the essential oil was potent enough but I don't think the machine even lasted a week. One of the days I went to use it, they turn dial wouldn't move. I noticed it could be pushed in a bit and next thing I knew it popped out. For something that deals with heat, electrical and water, I am not taking chances. I hate going into stores during the pandemic but I had to return this and it was quick and easy. I am currently using the Crane 2 in 1 warm humidifier that I got from Target and even though I don't feel it produces the amount of humidity of a model like this or Vicks, I could also be wrong and I am happy with it. I also opted for a digital model that doesn't have a turn dial like this Honeywell.

Took days on high to raise humidity in my living room. Fill with water it will shut off or run out of water 8 hrs later. Seems we're always refilling it.
