    Piece of junk, don't buy. Quit working after 1 month. Unfortunately too late to return to Best Buy so chucked it in the trash can

    The element calcifies every time it runs out of water needing to be scraped off with a metal tool seriously the worst humidifier I’ve ever even seen, laughable

    Cheap product and low quality

    I had bough this for the guest room last month. It was used only twice in the month. Now the red light indicating no water comes on within 5 mins of use, both at the low and high settings. Can't return it as it has been 28 days since I bought it. I have cleaned it twice and there are no scales on the heating element.

      We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. As water drains from the unit into the base, air needs to enter the tank to equalize the pressure. As water is released into the base, a 'gurgling' noise can be heard as air enters the tank. This is normal for this humidifier while it is producing output.     I got this home -read instructions. used distilled water. turned on and nothing happened. Reread instructions- checked everything out. restarted. Nothing. So I ended up taking it back. I don't know if it was just a defective one or not. Went and bought a different one from another store.

    Defective out of the box. Worked for a few minutes and then needed to be reset. It was reset multiple times with the same results. Returned.

    Strong plastic odor!! Unusable because of chemical odor. Had older version of this for years and loved it. Very disappointed. Also disappointed with Best Buy’s return policy of 14 days. Now I’m stuck with this defective product.
