    This humidifier releases a terrible plastic smell. I've used it for several cycles now, and the smell just won't go away. The smell fills the whole room. I think it's dangerous to your health.

    Refilling procedure is awkward...have to turn it upside down to fill and then right side up when full to access handle. Weight of water makes it unsteady when doing that.. A bit noisy too.

    This product doesn’t turn on easily. You have to play with it turning it on and off until you get lucky enough for it to engage and then it will turn green and power on. Very frustrating.

    Sent a broken humidifier

    I have Covid and it’s been a struggle so I was excited to finally get this item in hope it would help . I Followed the instructions and it’s not working ! The red light keeps appearing. I made sure the cord was completely unwrapped , the tank was filled with cool water and waited five mins before turning on . Still not working ! Very disappointed!

    Defective out of the box. Called support who said, "Yeah, it's defective." Will not be buying their products again.
