Your store just said it was a seasonal thing. I guess he has not lived in Colorado very long. It is ALWAYS dry here. Any advice on where to find the pads would be great.

It worked really well for the first few weeks (aka during the time I was still able to return it.) I liked the large tank size and the look of it. But after a couple weeks, it leaks EVERYWHERE. Doesn't matter if the unit is on or not. I have been through the manual and tried every suggestion, but nothing helps. So now I have paid $90 for a useless hunk of plastic that I am unable to return. Don't buy this!!
