Need more power

The advertised "quiet" mode doesn't exist. The trick is that the speed settings are designed to quiet the fan down by slowing down the fan speed (at which point it is somewhat quieter, but doesn't cool anymore).

Posted .Thank you for your feedback. Please note, the speed settings are designed to control the amount of airflow from the fan. These settings do not control the noise level of the fan. For example, if using a higher setting, you will feel more airflow from the fan resulting in a higher noise volume. However, this fan should be relatively quiet. Quiet Is A Lie

On the lowest setting, oscillating or not, this thing is a noisy mess. I took a video to show what I am talking about but can’t post it.

It definitely doesn’t make a room cool. My wife uses for cool direct air at night. It’s hard to get in touch with Honey Well customer service as well.

Honestly, you barely get any coolness from it. It’s so small and just gets around the area right in front of it. For the price, it’s not worth it. Just get a regular fan.

Doesn't get cold enough

It was quite pricey for what you got. I was willing to buy pricey but honestly when I got it and was working with it, it had NO force behind it and I did not feel it was worth the money. I felt it was quite weak. When I was searching around on-line, I was like ... "ah honey well makes a good product ....wrong"! This one was an epic fail for our house. Also, it did not live up to its name quiet-set tower - it was quite loud (I felt). Lastly, I gave it a poor on "ease of use" because it was a pain in the butt to set up too (felt cheap). Sorry Honey Well :( I have to be honest!
