Called customer service and a new one is on the way - no argument. Hopefully the next one will perform as expected.

Too Quiet! Not Enough Air!

Wrong. My living room space isn't large, so for this fan not to be able to circulate the air in it was disappointing. Plus, it was kind of eerie that I couldn't really hear the fan. As weird as that sounds. I returned it immediately.

We were really excited about the different settings but the noise that randomly comes and goes is outrageously loud and you can't hear anything over it. You cannot open the fan without a special drill bit so we have no way of even attempting to fix it.

Quiet and affordable

I always have it set without a timer, so there is no reason for it to turn off. Also, the fan changes settings on its own as well. Not as I expected and am very disappointed because I bought two of them and both have the same problems.

Worst ever sad to say

However, this new one I bought Twice.. and Retuned because it was so loud! It sounded like a freight train! I am disappointed as I really like my first one and wanted another. Way too noisy for me.
