These are all fantastic qualities. The reason for the poor rating is the clicking noise that started about 3 weeks into owning it. It makes a loud clicking when it oscillates. I can't figure out what to do and customer support was not helpful. Would not recommend.

Not like a fan noise either, you can hear all of the plastic in this thing rattling while it's one, like all of the screws need to be tightened. If I push in on the sides to push the plastic pieces together it sounds like a normal fan.

Not the best advertising

Due to the advertisement of "cooling options" and "temperature settings", we purchased two fans. Figured out pretty fast in a 90 degree household that it really didn't have any kind of cooling options or temperature settings. It just blew hot air everywhere and we were absolutely miserable. Needless to say, very misleading advertisement. I'm sure they would be great if the room was already cold.

Faulty unit... great Best Buy experience

When you turn on the fan, there are strong smells of plastic. I thought that this was just because it was new but things never got better. It is under warranty. I signed up on the Honeywell website and they are sending me a replacement. Unfortunately Fed Ex has delayed the delivery by a week already. Maybe I can give the new fan a better rating.

I wanted to return it but it is insanely hard to disassemble.

I recommend you save your self some money and buy an old reliable box fan. Words fail to describe how disappointed I am with this product...

Once they set it up and turned it on they didn’t like how the fan felt in their room. They gave it another chance and it just wasn’t working out for them

It feel like there is heat coming out. I brought it for my daughter’s room in the attic. Because I didn’t want the AC on because of COVID. The other tower fans in the other room work like a charm and much older. Waiting for Best Buy store to open up to return and get a tower fan that blows cool air and not heat.
