The remote has a very limited range, it's useless to me since the fan is in the corner of the bedroom and apparently that's too far away to operate from my bed. There is a rattling noise inside that just won't go, it's especially noticeable when the fan is on low. I would exchange it for another one if not for the very small return/exchange window of Best Buy. Overall not satisfied with this product.

Fan that didn't work, too great.

It was hard to assemble and put together. When moving the fan from one spot to a different spot the base bottom seemed to want to fall apart, and I would have to snap the pieces back together again. I didn't like it
