I am not sure if the item is just defective or if that's how they work. Comparatively the other modes are quieter than sleep, which makes me assume its a flaw

After a few weeks of use, there is a terrible shaky sound coming from the motor. I can't even take it apart to see what's wrong because the locking mechanism is made of cheap plastic and is stuck to the stand now.

Stopped Blowing Air (Same Day)!

Later the same day, when I turned it on, no air was blowing. It oscillates, but it is no longer blowing air. I didn't even get one day of service.
