It can also rotate about 180 degrees to circulate air all around the room. My best setting is the lowest speed when I go to bed. The fan is set for 2 hours to shut off but it is so quiet I can’t even hear it running. I have it set about 10 feet from the bed and the air flow is fantastic. The fan is really a great deal. I would have spent twice the amount that I did.

Sits pretty high up too and allows air to reach any height bed. Got it on sale, worth the price. The instructions were clear and it was easy to set up.

Not a huge fan of the base of these fans and the way the cable comes from the bottom. But works great and has good simple features. Remote works good though.
