    Been searching for a fan that can run off my smarthome outlet - this one also is not compatible. Resets every time you turn it off. Need to use the buttons on the device or remote to choose a setting every time (no memory).

    Arrived damaged and customer service required me to bring it in to a store to get it exchanged. The store isn't close and I was heading out of town for an extended period. Adding exchanging that to my do list was ridiculous. Very poor experience.

    As described, its very quiet, worth the price. I have an issue with the height of the fan. Its not tall enough for my bed. I have to put a box underneath the fan.
