The unit was quiet. It had great airflow. The problem was it started to make a creaking noise where it rotated. I couldn’t get the base to adjust. I returned it.

I love this tower fan. It’s very sleek and stylish, takes up little room and is super quiet. It was certainly the right choice for me. The remote is fully functional and a big step saver when walking g is an issue.

I bought this fan for my son's room. He loves having a fan with the remote control. And what I love is it has 8 settings instead of a high, medium, low setting. It's a sturdy fan and a very quiet one too. It also looks very sleek and goes well for his room.

I bought this because I live in Texas and I need air circulation in my apartment now I work from home. Some complained about the fan not working after a while and I am glad that I have not experienced that. Some complained that it is not pushing enough air and this does create air circulation that is comfortable. That is the key phrase to me, creating air circulation for the room, and that is the purchase behind most tower fan with this form factor. Some complained that it is noisy and I would say go buy a Dyson fan. Overall this fan meets my expectation and nothing more. The plastic base is still not staying together but it is not a deal breaker for me.

Excellent fan with great speeds that work well. Wish the high was a little more but it’s adequate. Bought this on sale and made that a great buy but regular price is a good buy also. Cools a large area adequately.

I am very happy with this tower fan. As advertised, it is quiet and cools the room I'm in. The only criticism I would have is that when placed on carpet, the fan isn't as secure as it is on a hard floor. That's not an issue for me, but someone with kids might want to consider that. All in all, though, it was a good value for the price and I'm pleased.

Extreme heatwave and this thing has kept us cool at night. I hate running the AC all day so I bought this with the hopes of conserving some power and money. It’s super quiet and with the remote, it makes it convenient to increase or reduce the speed.

Great item. Works well and not too loud at all. Purchased 2 more. White noise setting is perfect and even the highest fan setting isn’t too loud. Easy to put together. The top just snaps into the bottom piece. Simple and instructions included.

Takes up little floor space, quiet, and the remote is so useful

The fan started off great. I liked it so much I considered getting a 2nd. But in week three, there started to be a rattling noise, like a plastic piece if tapping against something. After confirming everything was secured, and the noise was still there, I took the unit to try and get an exchange. However, anything after 15 days, and you're expected to submit it to the manufacturer. Which is Honeywell. Then the manufacturer will advise Best Buy if the manufacturing defect warrants an exchange. This is a ridiculous thing to make someone go through when they have not even had a unit for 30 days. Thanks to this, and the management at Best Buy not willing to exchange the unit (Not return, I wanted the same fan), I will not be buying from Best Buy anymore, and I recommend others do not, as well.

This is a great fan and does not take up much room. My only complaint would be it needs one more hi mode to blow air. But love all the features it has with remote and auto off.
