It used to get uncomfortably hot whenever the sun was out, but with this fan and some blackout curtains it's the coldest room in the house some days.

Not the most powerful fan, but circulated the air and keeps me cool…haven’t used remote control since it didn’t include batteries…

Great Fan + remote, but other remotes...

One thing to keep in mind is that they have not figured out a solution to a problem with other TV remotes. Apparently you could be watching TV, change a channel (or volume) and your fan will turn on/off. If you google it there's plenty of comments out there experiencing the same thing.

Replaced our older fan

We had an older version for 4 years and it was good for what it was but the timer feature on this allows us to use it in the evening while we sleep and cuts down on the need for an AC. The remote is also nice and was a big surprise to my husband because now if he wakes up in the middle of night he can control it right from bed. Good job Honeywell!
