Oddly, the fan is quieter at higher speeds. At the two lowest setting, you can hear a bit of a clicking sound. Like I said, it does cool well but it does make more noise than I was expecting for a higher cost fan.

Too Much Plastic Lack of Power

For this price it's better deal to get a regular fan.
