i didnt use it very much but for whatever time i used it it was really good.

I got this fan on Aug 2015 and I am reviewing it on Jun 2016. This is a very quiet fan at the beginning. After it dust up, I have to clean it in order to keep it quiet, otherwise, it is making noises. I love it, but after somewhere like half year of used. The light in the button are already broke. I purchased at $64.99 Aug 2015. It is still offering $64.99 Jun 2016. I am looking for another fan for my other room, but I am not sure if I want to purchase this again. Since the price is ok, I still recommend this to a friend because the price is cheaper than other fans.

I have had this fan for a full year now, so I cannot comment on other reviewers issue with it dying within a few weeks to a few months. As to the actual fan it has been doing its intended job for the most part. First off, the fan has never died on me. I do have it plugged into a surge protector, which all electronic devices should be plugged into regardless of price, multiple reasons for this. It rattled for awhile on the 4/5 settings, however after tightening down the screws that went away. It does move a fair amount of air with settings 4-8, 1-3 are just gimmicky. The oscillation works as expected, and has a fairly good sweep of a room if placed in the middle. The remote is a remote so Ill move past this. Thirdly the thermostat worked great for about 6 months, before I got an E2 error from the display, which basically means my outlet is bad, which its not, or the fuse is bad on the fan. Not having a thermostat is not the end of the world, however it was nice to know the current temperature in the room. All in all a solid mid range fan, that has a not so solid price tag on it. If it was lowered 15-20 dollars it would be a much more reasonable purchase.

I bought one of these around April last year and by August it was no longer working. A friend bought one, while mine still worked, and it stopped working within 2 weeks. Seems these fans are shoddy and I would never recommend or buy a Honeywell fan again. When it worked, it was great, good airflow, settings, etc... but when a fan ceases to work within a year....well that's not a good thing.

Just got it today. Set up easy, Note: Using the pedestal is optional, but I didn't find that in the instructions. I needed it on top of a table, so being able to set it up without the pedestal was nice. Made in China though, which kind of sucks. Works OK, moves air pretty well and is reasonably quiet on lowest four speeds. The thermostat part isn't set up too well and not really going to be of much use, but the temp. readout is nice.

This fan is great at what it does. People should remember that its just a fan not an AC unit. This does the job for me due to its quiet technology. I can sleep easily with this unit on. Great buy so far.

I bought this fan about a month ago and haven't had any problems with it. The remote works from a good distance and it runs smoothly. This is the nicest tower fan i've had and seen in stores so far.

I've had this unit for a couple of weeks now and it has worked perfectly. Great for cooling down single rooms.

The fan is light, quiet, and the remote is great. Construction was a little goofy. Would buy again.

Can't beat the price of $75.00 for an oscillating, stand-up fan/portable AC unit, however it doesn't really cool an entire room. More like a 5' x 5' space. We need an additional fan to cover the whole room (14' x 16'). The fan itself works terrific, and there are 7-8 modes to choose from, which is great.

I love this fan! It has several speed settings. Also gives a temperature readout.

Slim design makes it perfect for any room. Remote Control is a plus!

When my wife and I decided we needed a fan for this upcoming summer, we headed over to Best Buy to buy a fan using a couple of gift cards we had laying around. We decided to buy this one because of the style and the features it provided. We took it home and used it for about a month. We only used it maybe, maximum, 10 times before it suddenly stopped working. It was working fine the night before and now, it doesn't even turn on. It literally just dropped dead and chose that it had better things to do than to cool us at night. Head our warning: DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK! Sadly, I didn't get a chance to check the reviews on the website to find out that other people have had the same problem where their fan just decided to stop working. Currently, I'm in the process of finding my receipt to take it back. The features are good if it actually lasts for more than a month but it is totally not worth risking $70 for a fan that is incompletely unreliable. This is unacceptable and the maker of this fan should be ashamed of themselves for selling this to their consumers.

This fan will look great in any room, great air output, very quiet! only downside would be that the blades do not move up and down like other standing fans do.

I had the tower fan for a week nowx and it has been good, it does what it says and i like the different power levels, and its not that noisy.

"QuietSet Whole Room Tower Fan" is very appropriate. It is quiet and circulates the air in the whole room..even cools it some!
