    Despite it being slightly noisy it cleans the air in our room with ease. We purchased three!Oh so necessary with the bad air we are now experiencing in the bay area. The only problem is Best Buy does not offer the filter replacements for this machine (300 series). You have to buy directly from Honeywell site.

    Over all this filter works as described. It's not without a couple of minor issues. First it does put out a noticeable odor. After a couple of weeks of use the odor seemed to disappear. I left it off for about 3 weeks and when I started using it again the odor returned. I suspect nose blindness. Second it is noisy on the high setting but it is moving a lot of air.
