So far all is pretty good. Only one minor complaint is the touch control panel. We have to just make random location touches on the panel to make settings... nothing lines up except the on/off switch location. Overall it a good choice and we use it inconjunction with a much higher cost and older unit of a different brand with UV... we have very clean air.

This has been a great purchase since day one. After the first night I had it running I felt like I slept much better and felt so much better when I woke up in the morning. This is a great product for those that gave pets. I.E. Dogs, cats, etc. Well worth the spend!

This is the first purifier we have purchased. We are using in a bedroom and the difference it has made is outstanding. Took a minute to get used to it being on all the time but we've gotten used to the noise. It's not terribly loud but it's there.

It was fairly easy to contrast the products you had available to fill my need. I was pleased that delivery was available within days -- not weeks. I just wish you had made it more obvious to me why I had to arrange two deliveries -- one to b ring the new refrigerator and other for a Geek Squad member to install the icemaker. Bruce

Good, strong filter. Bought for friend in the hospital who had a weakened immune system. Even in the hospital room, it caught so much dust! The only drawback is that it can get loud at the higher settings, but I knew that going in. Would definitely recommend.

I needed to buy a good quality HEPA air filter unit for my office. I went ahead and bought 2 units so that I can use them at home occasionally also. Good quality.

The first time I turned this on, a terrible smell was emitted. I saw other reviewers had commented on the same thing and that should dissipate after a day or two. I immediately turned the unit off until the next day when I would temporarily move it to another location where the smell wouldn't be as noticeable. The next day, I turned it on, but the fan wasn't working. The unit had power to it as green the indicator light was on. We tried to get it going a few more times that day and again the next to no avail. That unit was returned and a replacement unit ordered. The replacement emitted the same smell as the first one. The smell went away after a day or so, and the unit worked for several days. On its last day, I turned it on, and it was fine. About 10 minutes later my son asked me what the smell was. I came back into the room to discover a burning smell. The indicator light was on but the fan wasn't working. Ugh, not again! Back to the store I went to return it. I will not be ordering another. I do think the unit did a good job of cleaning the air for the few days it actually worked. Such a disappointment to say the least.

This has reduced the amount of dust on our furniture. I can tell a difference in my respiratory allergy problems also in the two months we have been using these air purifiers. So glad we finally purchased these for our home.

My whole family has pretty intense seasonal allergies and this purifier really helps. Since using this our mornings are much better and I've had to replace the cheaper charcoal filter after the first two weeks so it really works.

I was trying to tackle mold and smell as well as allergans. This did the trick. I highly recommend this. It has 3 filters and multiple settings for allergies and general cleaning and different speeds too.
