The cleaning was what is normally accomplished. I was expecting a pleasant smell yet not impressed. Went to a spray to replace the smell.

I love the scent of the product and it doesn't leave a buildup. Follow the instructions and make sure you rinse, even if you forget, it isn't nearly as "builduppy" as other products. It's great for most anything, but I can only give it 4 stars when it comes to cat urine. It will take you quite a few times to get this to take care of that. If you pretreat and clean before hand it certainly helps. But overall, for dogs, stains, track-in muck, etc it really does the job and leave your place smelling nice, and not overpowered by perfume type scent. It's a good product and certainly worth a try, if nothing else, anything other than cat accident areas will be super clean and smell lovely! Even those can be taken care of with a little extra work.

This is my first time using the Hoover PetPlus cleaner. I'm not sure how it compares to other brands of the same type, but this certainly leaves the carpet smelling fresher than the Hoover all purpose deep cleaner, when it comes to pet odors. It worked very well at getting out the stains too. And I know it must be effective, because my dog seems pretty upset about it...he has to start all over now.

i dont like the cleaning product. it doesent do the job it smells bad

We used a generic carpet soap for a long time. I saw this on the shelf and piqued my interest. Having 4 cats and 2 dogs I just had to try this out. Totally happy with the results. Everything is much cleaner and fresher after using this product in our carpet cleaner. I didn't realize the difference a soap could make, dramatic difference, until I tried this. Never will not have a bottle on hand here at our home.

Very happy with cleaning power, scent, and final results. Great product for the home if you have pets.

I got this on a deal of the day sale and it was an amazing price. My dog tends to have accidents from time to time and this is the only thing that gets out not only the stain, but the lingering odor. I highly recommend this product.

I PURCHASED THE PET STAIN REMOVER WHEN I PURCHASED THE HOOVER CLEANER AND IT WORKS GREAT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE THAT HAS SMALL CHILDREN AND OR PETS, OR EVEN A HIGH VOLUME OF TRAFFIC IN THE HOUSEHOLD. TRY IT FOR YOURSELF IT WORKS GREAT.

Just got another dog into the house and had made a few messes here and there, does a great job cleaning it up and not having left anything behind afterwards

It smells really good I really can not say whether it was the cleaner but it did not remove stains as advertised. But as I said it could of just been the carpet cleaner. Will try it out with the next carpet cleaner I get.
