It’s works amazing! So great I actually took the time out of my day to leave a review LOL seriously I used this on my new apartment carpet that they “shampoo” before you move in and this made it look 10x better the carpet was so much brighter, softer and fluffier. You don’t have to push the handle to let out water and release to suck it up like the originals, it does it all on its own (very convenient for my husband) so simple to use. IF YOU ARE A PET OWNER I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have 3 puppies being potty trained and the spot chaser on this is so convenient! This deserves 10 stars!

Super easy to use gets carpet clean and spots out . The extra wand feature where u can take off and use a trigger to presoak spots works awesome. Having separated tanks for the clean water and dirty water is a necessity i couldn't believe all the dirt i had in my rugs. Super worth the monies instead of renting a machine where u dont know where it was used last . Haven't had a chance to use the hose feature yet but am going to soon to use on my car seats . I love this feature u get more than a carpet cleaner u get a step and furniture and cart seat cleaner too.

Love love love it!!!! It cleans well, and sucks up the water very efficiently, so the carpet drie quickly. It's easily to disassemble it to clean too. Great product!

Love this cleaner!!! Literally it made carpet cleaner than I ever could have imagined!! However the spot treater in the handle could be better for sure it is difficult to get it to work consistently I don't hardly ever use it much so it isn't a make or break it for me since the actual cleaner itself is the best I have ever used along with the handheld manual cleaner ! And clean up is super simple and the rollars come out completely witch is awesome, it's definitely one of the clean units I'm most proud of!!!

Cleans up carpet amazingly well. Was easy to assemble, and super easy to clean and any part that could hide lint or what not is easily removable to clean directly. The automatic functions work as designed, and the separate clean and dirty water tanks are so much easier to manage and clean vs the usual tank that has a bladder embedded in it. I can see this machine lasting quite a while vs other ones out there. Would definitely recommend.

This Hoover replaced a 16 year old Bissell carpet cleaner, what an improvement! Light, easy to use, easy to assemble, does an amazing job on the carpets. Automatically sprays as you push forward and sucks dry as you pull back. Really gets the grime out of the carpets. The tank is a little smaller than our old cleaner but so easy to fill up and empty. My husband used it throughout our house and said this machine is well worth the investment.

It was finally time for me to upgrade my old carpet cleaner and I am so glad I chose to upgrade to this one! It is so lightweight and easy to move around the house. I love the fact that it has a drying mode to help my carpets dry quicker. The removable spot wand is also really neat and handy to have. It really deep cleans my carpets and is super simple to use. I also love that I can easily remove the brush roll to keep the machine clean. I highly recommend the hoover smartwash! Attached is some before and after photos

After the first use, the solution in the solution tank started streaming down the side of the unit. The tank was firmly set and the lid closed tightly. After refilling the solution tank, it continued to leak. We called Hoover and they sent a replacement. The replacement unit works wonderfully. I would recommended this product because it does it's job. It's easy to use and cleans the carpets, even tough stains, very well.

Fantastic piece of equipment. Easy to use....does a spectacular job removing old set stains with no problem. As a matter of fact, it actually removed an old blood stain left from a nose bleed. A stain which couldnt even be removed with the store rental machine. Definately worth every penny.....and then some!

I am more than pleased with this machine. It really does a fantastic cleaning job. I was very impressed after my first use! And after I was finished it is very easy to clean the unit and the roller brushes! Its pretty much as easy as vaccuming! The spot cleaner is also really nice. I recommend this for all pet owners. Fantastic!

This is a great rug scrubber! It works better than any other one I've owned. The suction works better than any other one I've owned and the carpets aren't sopping wet. It was easy to use and got the carpets really clean. I would recommend this carpet scrubber.

Was a little skeptical about a $250 carpet cleaner, but gave it a shot because it was a Hoover. Very easy assembly and easy to use. Light recent dirt and staining came up immediately upon first cleaning. Some older and tougher stains took multiple runs, but almost all eventually came up.

This cleaner is a beast and very easy to use. I have a 1 year old pomeranian and a 5 year old boy. Between the two of them the carpet was put through the worst. This clean brought it back to life after the first time.

This did a better job than the “professional” cleaners we paid $$$. I’m so glad I bought this. It took out stains that have been there for years! It’s not too heavy, and the rugs were not sipping wet when I finished

Absolutely amazing no belts... handle comes off as a xtra tool spot treat areas... has xtra dry button really get ur rugs dry... automatically says wash n dry no button to push... except for xtra. super dry easy to clean I highly recommend

Love love love! So easy to use. It's very strong. I like the extra handle sprayer to get small spots out. I have used it to not only clean carpet but also upholstered dining chairs and it works great. Highly recommend!

Great carpet cleaner. Very easy to use, but it’s a lot to clean. I love that it comes apart and goes back together so easily for cleaning. Used this on a rental with really messy carpets and it worked great!

If you have pets u need this vacuum. It brings the carpet back to life! You might think your carpet is clean but the stuff this picks up is amazing. There is alot of maintenance that comes with these cleaners though. U have to make sure u clean it after each use removing any hair caught in the brissels and the water tanks. I do recommend you use a regular vacuum first to pick up as much debri and pet fur as possible. You will be shocked though even after a regular vacuum how much more hair and dirt it picks up! I bought it on sale for $250 which is a steal compared to a professional clean.
