In the end you really do get what you pay for in this case, I purchased when it went on sale for $99 as I was looking for a decent but inexpensive bagless for my new home, at my old home I had a really nice vacuum with a removeable motor assembly great for doing stairs, this does not have that, design of the bagless dirt portion is poor at best and 99% of the time when I click the button to empty the contents it only empties 1/2 of whats there. Hose is very short and even with all the extensions will not reach floor to ceiling which is poorly thoughtout IMO. Rewinding cord is a nice novelty but thats pretty much all it is. Also even when you are just using the hose the brush continues to spin, additionally while it might just be me it seems louder than my last vacuum.

This is the first Hoover I have owned. I has great suction. Easy to put together. Comes with attachments. Easy to empty bin when full. Easy to clean filters. I have new carpet and didn't no damage it in any way. Hoover is a great brand at a great price.

this is the best vacuum i have ever purchased. it's easy to use, easy clean up, i love the auto-wrap cord, and it moves very easy across the carpet and works on different floor surfaces.......awesome.

Bought this for the price but recommend this for the performance. For the price, you can't get better vacuum.

This vacuum is a replacement for my old Hoover vacuum bought 15 years ago. the quality is excellent and the biggest improvement is that the new vacuum is not as loud as the old one. Easy to use, easy to dump debris and best yet - no more vacuum bags ! The filter is easy to wash and replace. We love this vacuum.

This is my second Hoover WindTunnel vacuum cleaner. The first was the first generation, which was great, although sometimes the belt would slip off. This one is the WindTunnel 2 and it's great! The suction power seems to be stronger than the original, so that's been a great improvement. The canister is easy to empty (no bags needed here), the filter is easy to clean, and the power cord automatically retracts at the push of a handle. For the price, this vacuum is absolutely wonderful. My only gripe is that I wish that the power cord could be a little bit longer. I'm also not sure why they moved the power button down further on the stalk, but that's not a huge deal.

I love this vacuum cleanser I don't have to buy bags anymore the vacuum cleaner will save me money

Considered buying a Dyson, because of all they hype about how good they are, but just couldn't bear the thought of spending that much money on one. This item was on sale, and had several good reviews, so I thought I'd give it a try. Easy to assemble right out of the box, basically 1 screw to tighten on the handle. Very good suction - almost too good - lifts smaller area rugs right off the floor. Had run an older vac over larger area rugs the day before - this thing picked up quite a bit more dirt and dust that was missed. Easy empty dust bin. Dusting attachment works great. I have mostly tile floors, with a few area rugs. I was able to get it on sale, plus used a reward zone certificate and a gift card to order online - picked up in store an hour later. Happy with my purchase.

We have used the Dyson (Animal) and went through two of those. Before that, it was a Kirby. When we got married, we bought a Hoover canister. It's still going strong, and vacuuming up after 3 cats on a lower floor. On the upper floor, we have 9 inside dogs (rescues), on carpet. I purchased this Hoover upright for 1/5 of the cost of the Dysons. Best Vacuum Ever. It's indestructible, and believe me, I know what it takes to destroy vacuum sweepers. Don't even hesitate, because as long as you keep the reusable filter clean (by washing it under the tap water faucet and allowing to air dry) it can handle anything NINE dogs can do to my house. Your toddler, pre-teen or teen can't hold a candle to the messes this vac can handle. YAY Hoover!!

I've had several Hoovers over the years. I always buy the model with the automatic rewind cord because it makes vacuuming easier. I've had this vacuum for about a week, so far so good! Good suction!

Did a lot of research online and I am very happy with this choice. We installed higher pile carpet in our bedroom that was too much for our old vacuum. This glides great on the carpet and on the hard floors. Easy to use and clean out.

I have always bought another brand for vaccum cleaners which were great. The last one I've had for years. This time when I needed a new one I decided to try this Hoover. I am so glad I did! I LOVE the piece that you can use to clean your furniture and I even went out and vaccumed my car using that attachment. The suction for that part is amazing plus the fact the attachment has a rotating bar and my other brand didn't offer that. I have pets so this is a BIG plus for me. Now I feel like my house is cleaner. Another perk was I got it on sale!

We replaced an old Hoover vacuum with this. The old vacuum had a bag and worked great until something started burning inside. This new vacuum has decent suction but is very noisy. My wife has to wear ear protection when using it. The cord could be a bit longer. The dust container is fairly easy to empty but you have to reach inside to get all the material out of it.

works well. love the way it looks. the cable retractor is a nice feature making the vacuum always look neat. the only downside is is the cable does not release out of the vacuum as you move along, so you have to pull it out by hand, which is slightly annoying.. I now just pull out entire length before I start vacuuming. Then use retractor to easily get it all pulled back in (that part works very well). OPverall, decent product and I am happy with it for the price I payed. Love that there are no bags to deal with,

I bought this vacuum because I couldn't afford the dyson but I was surprised with it, it works really good.the bonus is it has a retractable cord

I was amazed how much dirt the vacuum picked up the first time out -- I realized how bad a job my old vacuum had been doing! I ordered two wands separately, to extend my reach so I can get cobwebs off the ceiling. This was a good move. The only problem is re-positioning the canister, once I had finished rinsing it after it had gotten particularly dirty. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product.

Has a great retractable cord. Vacuum is powerful. Gets the job done. Washable filter. Easy to clean dust can.

I returned a Shark Vacuum for this one. The suction was better plus the rewind of the cord is a plus. Downside though is when I vacuum, I noticed that dust escapes from the container (not much). Also the hose is not that long. Good everyday vacuum though.

I had an older Hoover that lasted about 20 years. Since then I've gone through less expensive machines from other manufacturers. This one had great reviews and is far more substantial than other comparably priced vacuums. Set up was easy (excellent video tutorials online) and operation is good. Emptying dust cup is very easy. So far I'm very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to someone looking for a quality vacuum at a good price.
