This model can vacuum well, but we are returning it. This vacuum is so loud, my wife and children refuse to use it. In a small bathroom with hardwoods, it is unbelievably loud and truly to loud to use. Also, with no brush shutoff on hardwoods and tile flooring, it spits out small debris. Lastly, emptying the canister is filthy and dust gets everywhere. Sorry for the negative review, but wanted to share.

I spent an hour at the store comparing different models, but this particular vacuum exceeded all my expectations!

This economical vacuum works like the high dollar vacuums. Cleans and lifts everything. The upholstery attachment is great. No loss of suction! Could use a light. On/off switch should be relocated. And should have better edge cleaning ability. But other than those little things, this vacuum can't be beat for the dollar.

Great vacuum for a great price! Easy to empty, and handy cord reel, a little bit on the heavy side, but not bad for the price!

We use this for vacuuming up crumbs left behind by our 1 yr old. Works great! Cord is a good length and very easy to assemble.

Bought this for my mom as an early birthday gift for her new home and she loves it. The sucking power is flawless and she uses it on her stairs in her home also. Would definitely buy again.

This vacuum is excellent. I thought it would just be like a moderately powerful vacuum. Nope! I was wrong. This vacuum was way more powerful than I expected. Even on the lowest setting, it does an excellent job getting up everything in my apartment. No regrets with this purchase.

This is a great vacuum. My dining room and living room area is all carpet, therefore this was a great purchase! My only issue with this is the fact that it is VERY heavy. It is tough to move around and carry once I need to putit away. Other than that, it gets the job done.

This is my second Hoover Windtunnel. My first one lasted 12 years. I like this one better / it is lighter and easier to handle . Cord does not seem as long but overall great vacuum.

Got the vacuum home and assembly was a snap. Used it 2 times and was amazed at how great of a job it did. Third use and the pedal to release the upright portion snapped clean off up in the vacuum itself. I can't even get my hand in there to lower it. Back it goes and I'm hoping it was just a one time thing, I'll be picking up the same model and giving it a second go around.

This vacuum does a great job especially for the price. Instantly started picking up dust and dirt that my previous vacuum could not. Recommend this vacuum for sure.

This is a great vacuum as far as I'm concerned. I just vacuumed a carpet I thought was already clean and it picked up a lot of pet hairs and dust. I'm satisfied!

This Vacuum picks up tracked in dirt, parakeet seed, chewed up leaves that the dog brings in on her feet, flour accidentally spilled when I dropped the flour canister, egg shells out of the garbage...pretty much everything that hits the floor!.I just love this vacuum. It is easy to empty the canister into the garbage can. I LOVE this vacuum

No complaints at this time. I like that it is dual vacuum where I can use it on carpet and hardfloors. It picks up everything!

I thought you can't go wrong by buying Hoover. I was wrong! I'm very disapointed with cheap quality and performance of this vacuum. I used to have Eureka for half price and worked SO MUCH better than this product. The small head sitting on handle is falling off all the time. The handle seems like is going to break in half (cheap plastic), vacuum makes so much noise and does weak cleaning. You have to vacuum over same spot multiple times to get it in. The vacuum doesn't come with tool to vacuum corners and vacuum itself doesn't vacuum close enough to the wall, there is about 2 inches that will not get vacuumed. Im not happy with this purchase, going back to Eureka products. Usually once people put their name out there and used to be good, then they cut off on quality and here is a perfect example.

I bought this for my first apartment, and so far I am pleased. It vaccums very easily and you don't need to go through a spot many times to get rid of the dirt. With one pass it gets the job done. It is really easy to unload the dirt form the dirt compartment so that you don't need to get your hands dirty. The LONG retractable cord helps a lot so you don't need to be moving the plug from one room to the other.

This is a very reliable vacuum it cleans nicely and easy to clean

It was good until it overheated and died. This vacuum did not last more than 3 months for us. We didn't use it often either.

I bought this product because of the Hoover quality name. While the vacuum worked very nice I had to return it because of a couple features that I thought would cause problems down the road. 1. When using the attachments the beater bar continues to rotate . So to prevent any damage to floor or carpet when using attachments I had to hold the cleaner off the floor and that didn't work too well esp. when trying to vacuum stairs. 2. the cleaner gets hot during use and if you leave the cord wrapped in machine and during use take more cord out the cord is extremely hot. I thought this may end up with future damage to cord. I didn't want future problems so I returned it because of those two issues. The machine was also very heavy.
