We love our new vacuum. We needed to replace an older heavier model, although it was a Hoover, it was just too heavy with out attachments and I missed those. We love this model and no bags to replace, much cleaner and easier to use so mission accomplished, Thank you Best Buy for being there for us

It's not a super powerful vacuum but works great if you have puppies that shed a lot. Great value for the price. Light weight & the kids actually don't mind using it because they don't have to wind the cord back up afterwards. The easy empty canister comes off the vacuum with one button & empties with the push of one button. The hair remover extra piece works great! I use it on our ottoman since the pups like to sleep on it & cleaned my truck's carpet with a breeze.

Love the retractable cord. Easy to use and lots of easy gadgets. Cleans carpets and hard wood floors. I like to adjust the level because of shag VS hardwoods. Does a good job.

It seems there is no Hoover that is bagless, self-propelled AND has an automatic cord rewind, and self-propelled is a lot more expensive than the $99 sale price that we paid. This vacuum is excellent at cleaning but difficult to move on very thick carpet. We have one expensive, plush area rug that is tough to vacuum, even at the highest carpet setting. The vacuum does a great job with tile floors, and since our whole house is tile, we went for the bargain Hoover.

This vacuum has been great so far. I purchased this almost 2 months ago and it has been working efficiently. It sucks up so much dirt that I didn't even know was on the carpet! So happy with it and the retractable cord is the icing on the cake! I would definitely recommend this vacuum.

I love this vacuum. My carpet looks like it has been shampooed. I moved into a home where the previous owners had dogs. I was amazed at how much dog hair was left and the Hoover was able to pick up. The cord return is cool too!

Self retracting cord is a must. Think of all of the time you spend winding and holding the cords while vacuuming. Why can't they be cordless? Anyway vacuum was low price and does a nice job. Here is what you may notice: Love the self retracting cord. Easy to use Some accessories Does a great job, no need to go over twice. Feels less solid than other vacuums, perhaps this was made to make it lighter? Hose is a little short when detaching for corners/steps.

I had bought this for my parents a while back and was in need for a decent vacuum. My thoughts went back to this one as it is versatile and it definitely was an upgrade from our current hand-held, small Dirt Devil vacuum. We live in a medium sized apartment and it does us wonders!

I bought this so I don't have to get out my whole house vac for small pick up jobs. It works good on carpet but is not as good on my hardwood or tile. It is to high to go under the sofa or some of my cabinets. But overall works good.

This Wind Tunnel vacuums well and has pretty powerful suction. It moves around easily, but it is kind of heavy to carry up the stairs. A negative aspect about this vacuum is that it rolls around whenever I try to clean using the hose.

Perfect for my home since I have a small amount of carpet. It is light weight so it is fairly easy to carry up and down my stairs. Great suction but a little loud.

Had an old Hoover vacuum that finally gave out after 12 years. That's a long time so I knew I wanted to stick with the brand. This new works great. Have used it on floors and carpets. Also used attachment on carpeted stairs...so easy to do. Really happy I bought this new vacuum.

Does a good job for the price I paid. Needed something to vacuum my new place and couldn't wait so picked this up. It did a great job on the carpets of the new apartment and I am looking forward to seeing how it does long term.

Had a Wind Tunnel before and loved it. Vacuumed the rooms before with old cleaner than used the new Wind Tunnel and got a half more of dirt! Got a good price. Like the rewinding cord. Hate winding up the cord on my old unit.

After comparing reviews of different vacuum cleaners, this one was on sale at Best Buy. Unit has a retractable cord which is a nice feature. Unit works really well. Not high quality, as in being entirely made out of plastic, however the price was right. Good product.

Good vacuum. I like the easy clear filters. LOVE the retractable cord. Like the height changes, but the vacuum does tend to overheat on the low carpet setting at my store.

Overall I like the vacuum. It is fairly lightweight and easy to use. I like the retractable cord.

This particular vacuum machine is unbelievable. I deep cleaned, the low pile carpet, just after I had used the old vacuum, the one that I replaced, it is very hard to believe your eyes with the results I got. I wish I had replaced the old vacuum machine a lot sooner.
