I love the amount of power this provides, especially considering it is so lightweight. A very good vacuum for the cost.

So far this vacuum cleaner has been great. The only problem I've had is with the wand extension. I am a short person and the wand does not reach my eight foot ceilings for me to clean the spider webs.

We purchased this vacuum, because it was actually rated higher by Consumer Reports then the Dyson, which is 5 times more expensive. The vacuum has great suction and a very nice stair brush. My only complaint would be that the extension hose could be about 12 inches longer. Other than that, I would highly recommend this vacuum.

3 years later the vacuum my mom uses runs great!! Easy to use, loud but gets the job done.

I like it & no bags necessary, though some may find it difficult to maneuver & can get a bit messy emptying container. Remember to clean filter.

I purchased this when my everyday vacuum was being repaired, however I was quite surprised at the value for the money. Works very well. I have a three floor house and I leave this on the bedroom level and use there instead of carrying a vacuum up and down stairs. I have used all over the house. and do like the stairs attachment very much. I would recommend this vacuum as an everyday vacuum.

It's not what I expected. Heavier and a little louder than my previous vacuum.....

We were shopping for a new sweeper, we had new carpet intalled and didn't want to use the old one on the new carpet. Best Buy had the best price, better then Wal-Mart, Sears, and several other box stores.

Great vacuum/ cleans great love itmy floors have not been this clean in a long time. Works well on ceramic and carpet

Im not sure if I just got a lemon or if it is a bad product. It had great suction, but lost a bearing within couple uses. Loud vibration, the cord was off n on with rewinding. Took back n upgraded. Always get the Geek Squad insurance!!! So worth it cuz you just never know.

I bought this vacuum cleaner to replace a non-Hoover vacuum cleaner that did not even last for a year. This Hoover vacuum cleaner functions very effectively and cleans the carpet very well. The handy tools that this vacuum cleaner comes with allow easy vacuuming of sofas and recliners. The only complaint I have about this vacuum cleaner is that it is a bit heavy and so vacuuming the stairs becomes a weight-lifting act.
