We've had the vacuum about a month. It's just a basic vacuum it works good so far. We do have a dog and it seems to work great sucking up the hair. I also like the easy to remove canister.

I have a small apartment and this machine does everything I need it to do for a good price.

Handy for quick clean-ups of carpet and rugs. The power wand is great for getting cat hair off upholstery and carpeted steps. We have a lot of hardwood and it does fine, though I do use a canister vac for heavy cleaning.

I purchased this as a quick and easy to use vacuum in between using my Rainbow which can be tedious to use. I like the chord is retractable This one seems to fit the bill just fine.

I was seriously considering buying a Dyson, but after reading the reviews, I felt confident in the Hoover. I got it home and it works excellent, not very noisy and the suction on it is amazing! Great price, great product and I wasn't out 500 dollars for it.

We could not be happier with this vacuum. Every thing we wanted . Easy to empty canister (no bags to purchase), retractable cord, all tools attached to vacuum and most importantly deep cleans our carpet. We love it!

Never expected this machine will be so strong. Keeps area clean and very effective.

We purchased this vacuum in late April 2015, the cord no longer rewinds and the unit will not turn off at the switch, we need to plug and unplug it to turn it off. We moved into a new home that had homes being developed around us so we had dust being tracked on our floors. When we initially used the vacuum it picked up the fine dust but that only lasted a couple of months, it no longer picks up everything on the floor. To start off, this is an awful design, the holes in the canister stops up. I have had to unscrew the entire canister to clean it out which is not an easy feat. We are 65 years old and do not have pets or high traffic so this should have lasted longer than it did. Our last Hoover lasted 22 years with an occasional belt change. Save you money and get a Sharp!
