Very good suction. The cord recoil feature is very convenient. The upholstery/stair accessory is very good. The only insignificant negative is the placement of the power button.

Great purchase , cheaper than repairing the old one

The vacuum performs really well and is great with pet hair. I have had the machine for about a month and the only drawback so far is the bagless canister is somewhat difficult to empty.

Its good with refillable fragrances, easy to clean.

Picks up even the black lint from socks. The ease of using the accessories pieces, the ease of emptying the cannister is great. Hoover has always had a good reputation.

Great suction power, really gets the deep down dirt. It is surprisingly not as loud as my previous bagless vac. The only downside is you have to clean your vacuum cleaner. A great product for the money.

3 stars because my brush got tangled in some dirt/hair/fibers as I was cleaning. This led to the belt coming off. I am getting it replaced in store because I got the Geek Squad protection on it. I may look at another model.

This is a very powerful machine... almost embarrassed the first time I used it at how much crud it was able to pull out of my carpets..really like this vacuum

I love this new vacuum. It does the job that I need it to do, and my 7 year old daughter can use it without tangling the cord. She loves that all she has to do it press a button and the cord winds back into the vacuum

I really like this vacuum because not only is a good starter vacuum, but it seemed to be better than I expected. With a 650 square ft house with two large dogs, two cats, and two humans, this vacuum had a lot of time to make up for that our old vacuum didn't do! The house looks better than ever when we use it; however my one complaint is that like with most bag less vacuums, the dust seems to come out of the sides a little bit. When I am done cleaning, i have to wipe down the outside near the bottom and top hose attachment to get the static electrified dirt and dust off of the outside.
