It is very heavy, very difficult to manouver, difficult to empty, difficult to reach crevices, does not have a good suction and it is extremely noisy. I recently replaced it by a canister vacuum and am very pleased by the new one which was more expensive but worth the difference.

Posted .Hi Federal Agent: We designed the WindTunnel 2 to be easy to use on multiple floor types (including flat carpets). You’ll see a height adjustment dial (it’s the round grey one above the brush area on the front of the vacuum). If you’re finding your vacuum hard to push, change the setting to two spots higher. We’d start at level 3. You should notice a huge difference in the glide of your WindTunnel. Let us know how it works out. Thanks!
