I am so glad it does what it says it will. It picks up the dirt and dog hair invisible to the naked eye.

Hard to beat at the price, not too heavy and easy to move up and down stairs. We also like the HEPA filter

I bought this 3 years ago and it worked great until the on off switch went bad. Best Buy was going to replace it but the vacuum had been discontinued So they gave me store credit to use as I pleased. I bought a new carpet cleaner with my credit. Thanks for standing by your promise to replace or refund.

Great features and performance for a good price. The Hepa filter is a big plus fro pet owners.

Its a good buy for the money. Also cord gets stuck when winding it up

I have had several Hoover vacuum cleaners over the years and had been fairly happy, however; I cannot say the same about this particular model. The pick up is fair but what I dislike the most is where the on/off button is located, also the rewind feature is not as smooth as others I have had in the past; sometimes it works fine and others it's a struggle to get it to rewind. So in good conscience this is NOT a vacuum I would recommend.

It works and picks up dirt, for the price I think it was a good deal.

I purchased this vacuum because it was #1 rated bagless vacuum on Consumer Reports. I was skeptical because of the the amazing price. I went with it because at that price I could not really lose. I am more than pleased. The vacuum works great especially considering I have two pets and vacuum daily. The self winding cord is such a great feature.

Great inexpensive vacuum. Didn't realize how much we needed a replacement until using this new one.

I used this vacuum a couple of times per month in a small apartment. It could've sucked up the dirt better but it's the fact that it stopped running just over a year later that really gets to me. I thought it needed a thorough cleaning to fix it but it still kept powering off while still plugged in over and over. By the end it was kicking off all of the time and only blowing the dirt away.

Black Friday when I bought at a good price. Performance is very good. Filter replacement is easy.

Solid vacuum for the price. Picks up a lot of dog hair. Like that it had a cord retractor

I needed a new vacuum for my new carpet and this one works great. I love the retracting cord.
