This is our 2nd Wind Tunnel 2 vacuum, and our hope is that this one lasts longer that the first. Unfortunately, the first one had to have the on/off switch replaced which was priced almost as much as buying a new one....thus we did just that....purchased a brand new Hoover!

Suction is fantastic n easily goes from carpet to area rug to hard floors. in a word. Excellent!

Although it's very heavy for doing stairs, it's great for all carpets and the price is lower that other vacuums that do the same thing.

Overall this vacuum is way better than the Bissel that I was using. The first time we used the Hoover the dirt cup filled up! This thing really pulls out the dirt. We also use it on bare floor and it does pretty well there also. Just wish they made the hose longer on this model. When you use the attachments it seems like you run out of hose real quick

Only have one room with carpeting. Wanted a vacuum that was easy to use, especially the bag less system.

Works very well. Gets stuff of the carpet when we thought it was clean. The extension for the accessories is a bit on the short side..

Though it's good, but it is better if you can remove the canisters for cleaning in other higher areas or detailing car cleaning

We did lots of shopping around for vacuums and saw this vacuum at several stores. Every retailer had great things to say about it, but Best Buys price was by far the cheapest. We have used it several times already and have 1 complaint - the cord isn't as long as my old one. I don't have a huge house, but it is definitely shorter than my previous vacuum cord. The attachments work great when cleaning the car too.

The hover vacuum is a decent middle of the road cleaning instrument. This vacuum will definitely get the job done, so you will not be disappointed however, It starts to break down after a year. I would definitely get a warranty with this vacuum so that you won't be disappointed.

This is just what we wanted. The self-winding cord is a crucial feature that every vacuum cleaner should have.

I know a couple people who have this vaccum and it works great. Lifts the carpet pile and carpet looks renewed.

Good budget vacuum when you want good performance without spending 700 - 800 dollars.

Bought this for my daughter fir her apartment. Does a great job. Gets up hidden dirt.
