    It's a good vacuum for the price. My only complaint is the extension hose is very difficult to extend and keep extended. It keeps going back into a small hose and pinches my finger when operating as I'm trying to keep it extended while using it at the same time. Besides this one issue, it's a good vacuum.

    This is a great vacuum for the price! It has awesome features like the retractable cord and the length of the cord itself. We have two dogs and the filter seems to work great for the pet smell and picking up the hair. This is the second Hoover vacuum we've purchased and the only reason we bought this one was because one of our dogs ate the cord to the other vacuum.

    I bought this vacuum because I needed a reliable vacuum and didn't want to pay a fortune. The salesgirl was extremely helpful and assured me if I wasn't happy I could return the item. Works well and is a great value for the money.
