I needed a vacuum quickly that wouldn't cost over $150.00 I talked to several people who recommended this one. It has been very good so far and had me embarrassed as to how much dirt and dog hair had collected on a large rug 4 days after it was previously vacuumed.

THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT, AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE.

No problem with this vacuum. For it's price, it works well (it really sucks, haha). The pet cleaning tool is handy to clean couches and such. I'm not a huge fan of the automatic cord thing, as I'm a little paranoid that it will break, but I guess that's the only thing I don't like about it.

Exactly 2 years completed today and it stopped working suddenly without any reason. For two years, it worked fine. I am not sure about Hoover warranty or guarantee but just two years work does not seem to be right for this brand.

Vac works very good on any kind of floor. It can be hard floor or carpet.Pick up sand and dirt. Works faster then my old vac I am very happy with my new vac. I should have it for years.

Great basic vacuum for the price. Not a lot of features, but works well for an average vacuum if you're looking for something basic that doesn't feel like a total piece of garbage. Bought this to replace my old version that was the same type and lasted 5 years.

Very powerful suction. The hose, not so much. Make sure to clean out when full, it may Over heat. This will cause it to not turn on. Cord saver is a nice feature.

Good vacuum for the price. I would probably recommend it. It is a little heavy. Great suction power. Don't like the length of the cord, a little too short.

Height adjust was not functional. Called Hoover and gave me the run around and made me cut my cord And send them pictures!!! In order to get a replacement, after that I told them to give Me a refund and that there customer service was a sorry operation. After hours on phone they agreed to refund (oh yea I got irate) I told them I didn't want a new one cause I never wanted to deal with there sub par service again. still waiting on refund check!!!!!

This was a good vacuum for the money and did not have any issues while I had it, but my girlfriend had a hard time bringing it up and down stairs so we returned it for a lighter weight model.

This vaccum works beautifully and the fact that there’s a washable filter makes it exceptional. The money you save in filter makes all the difference in the world. It has a low sound compared to other vaccum. All and all it’s excellent.

I was looking for a vacuum to clean up leaves sticks and things from the outdoors that my puppy brings inside. I have an inhouse vacuum system but did not want to damage it. So wanted something cheap that would do the job until my puppy learns

I have had several Hoover vacuums and this purchase is the second of this model. The one I had before worked well except for occasional overheating which triggered the thermal fuse. Both vacuums pickup a lot of dust and dirt.

this has been a very good purchase for me. i was in need of a vacuum but did not want to pay arm and leg so this was ideal. i like the no bag feature and it is very easy to keep clean.

For what I paid I can't really complain except I would have liked the wheels to have been rubber like my last vacuum, these are plastic and leave me thinking they will scratch my floor. But over all it's a good vacuum.

This is a second vacuum to keep upstairs and works fine for that purpose but I would not want to have to carry it up and down the stairs as it is heavier then the other vacuums I looked at but you can't beat the price!

Good value for the money. It does what you need. Only two things that need improvement: 1. The hose for the attachments is too short, not enough extension 2. The power switch is in an awkward location. Needs to be closer to the handle

There is nothing like a new vacuum cleaner. This one is wonderful! I thought my carpet was clean before, but I was shocked at the amount of dirt and pet hair that came out of it the first few times of use. I love the retracting cord. I'm so happy I bought the Wind Tunnel 2!

Replaced a 20 year old vacuum with this one, night and day difference. Dust cup opens from bottom to empty, but I have had trouble getting the dirt out without prying it out--perhaps because there was a lot of carpet fiber in cup. Could use a longer wand. Overall works great.

The attachments are great and the power of the vacuum is very impressive! I love it and the $40.00 discount was a real incentive. The retractable cord is a real plus and all the attachments and connections & adjustments are very intuitive. I love it!
