I've had an expensive Kirby and my last house we had a central vac system throughout our home, this vacuum is more convenient than lugging around a heavy machine or a 30 foot hose

Very good vacuum cleaner to use in a single family home with one pet. I have a cat and the Wind Tunnel 2 does a great job cleaning up the cat hair.

I've had this vacuum since 2013 and it has been great! With regular cleaning and filter washing, it's been going strong with vacuuming once a week on average since Sept 2013. The cord wrap is the best!

No need to buy a $300 vacuum. This one gets the job done. As far as dumping it and having to yank out dust stuck around the filter...it's life nothing is perfect. I'm thankful I don't have to buy one of the expensive filters so often.

My 1st vacuum of the same make and model burned out, literally. But I liked the vacuum so much I bought another one. The manufacturer warranty is great too for a replacement.

Lasted for a year then the suction stopped and I had to replace it

Purchased item in 2016. It's one of 2 vacuums so it wasn't used often. 18 months later, it will no longer turn on and is no longer covered under warranty.

this has a lot of nice features, works well and suction on carpet very good

It was a little embarrassing but a lot of fun to see what the old vacuum was leaving in our carpets ... we did the whole house twice for recreation. Everything about it makes sense ... the Hoover version of "plug and play"

We were looking for a different brand vacuum and the sales associate found out our needs and suggested this model. It has worked out Great and we are happy with our choice. This product works very good!!

I actually was able to put it together by myself! I like the self winding cord, wish it was a little bit longer. Otherwise, what can be said - It's a vacuum cleaner and it works.

No problems so far. Powerful vacuum for the price. Gets all the dirt that I had no idea was in my carpet. I also used the vacuum to clean my car. The extra pieces cleaned my car very well. Hose extends but could be longer.

This is one of the most reliable brands we have come across over the years. They always compete with the higher end vacuums

The dust container was one third full just after using it twice, so it has good suction. A heavier vacuum, not very easy to move around.

I had bought one for my moms house. It vacuums great no issues. Could get messy cleaning it but oher then that its awesome. Bought one for my place works just as good as the one at my moms place.

My prior vacuum was a Kirby and it was WAY too heavy to push. This Hoover picks up dirt, crumbs, hair, etc from carpet and tile flooring both equally well. I will recommend this vacuum to friends

From the available brands, we chose this vaccum considering the style and make. We wanted to try this model as a personal choice

I have no complaints. So far so good. Does the job needed and I have two large dogs. Needed something for the pet hair and its better than expected with pet hair.

Happy with this purchase. We needed to have some vacuum cleaners for use in between janitorial cleanings and these work fine.
