This vacuum picks up great. It is a little heavier than I expected. The cup did not empty totally without using my hands. I does a great job overall.

It does have great suction, very small cord, which makes it extremely difficult to do steps. Other than that, works just great.

After going through so many vacums. We were at JCP and this senior couple recommended us this vacum. Was so close to buying from JCP for an extra $100.

This is a good product. I only use it on carpets and deeply clean very well. No bags... l love it, except a little bit heavy...

My first Hoover WindTunnel lasted 12 years. No bags, easy to unload canister, washable filter all for a decent price.

I love using this vacuum cleaner. The last two vacuums I had were a different brand, I would waste time going over the same area more than once trying to get the vacuum to pick up.

A good price for the quality. Does the job well. There is a reason why in England they refer to vacuuming as hoovering.

This was a great purchase and coming from Best Buy made it even better and if you go back this is the third one I purchased for me and my family

I like Hoover but I have had to return this twice for reasons so I'm not sure if it's a issue or just bad luck.

I could not believe the difference between our old vacuum and this new one the first time I used it. Just doing our small living room I was able to pick up enough dog hair to knit a large sweater.

Excellent value for the price. The old one was under warranty and brought it in for repair and walked away with a new one. Thank you Best Buy.

We bought this vacuum because of the price and features that it offered. We especially like the wind up cord. We have been very happy with this purchase.

I enjoy using this vacuum. The only downfall is the cord isn't long enough for me. My previous vacuum had a cord that was about 40 feet this is only 25 feet.

Overall this vacuum is good enough for a small apartment. The clip to keep the attachment on the front was missing. Though I have the geek guarantee and have called 3 people no one can seem to find one to send me. Very easy to remove collection cylinder to dump dirt, but so much gets stuck up in the top, it should come with its own tool to pry it out. Cord is pretty long.

Good suction on this vacuum. The attachments and controls are awkward to use. Too much bending over involved.
