Posted .Hi Raju, thank you for reviewing the Hoover WindTunnel 2 Rewind Upright Vacuum. We recommend checking your nozzle and filter for a clog. Turn off and unplug your vacuum and turn it over to inspect the nozzle for any built up debris. To check your filter, remove the dirt cup and pull up on the dirt cup latch to open. Pull on the fabric tab on the filter to remove the rinsable filter. Hold the filter under running water for two minutes to remove dirt and debris. Squeeze filter twice while underwater. Remove from water and squeeze a final time to remove excess water. Replace the filter tab side out and close the lid securely by pushing until it clicks.
