Incredibly noisy, does not clean well

It is ridiculously loud. The worse part is that it does not clean hard floors at all. It is useless for what I bought it, and extremely annoying. A complete waste of money. And because we did not try it early enough, we can no longer return it.

We can not use it. I live too far from a store to deal with replacement so we purchased a different vacuum. It worked great for the first few months. We took it apart and made sure there were no blockages multiple times. Nothing....it just overheats itself.

Posted .Hi LisaRaye! Oh no, before you return your vacuum, we'd like to shed some light on why this may have happened. We definitely understand that this may be an inconvenience, but it is actually for the benefit of your vacuum. Your WindTunnel 2 Rewind has a thermal protector that will activate in the event that a clog or obstruction is present. It will then reset for 30-45 minutes and then power on afterwards. During the reset period, be sure to check your primary filter for any debris. You may tap it out over a waste can. Also, remove your hose from both ends and run a broom stick through to clear it of any clogs. Lastly, empty the dirt canister regularly to prevent any build up. After doing this, you should be back in business. Let us know if you have further questions, thanks!

I am very disappointed in the attachment hose. I don't have time to continually move the vacuum to clean around corners. I bought new filters for my old Bissell and have been using it. It was a waste of my money. I am not the type to complain, but you are seeking honesty. I guess I can always give it to somebody.

The foot pedal was supposed to pull a trigger underneath the cord spool but the pedal would slip behind the trigger. It ran good, but I took it back because the cord wouldn't retract. Might as well buy an old fashioned cord wrap style vacuum.
