Decent vacuum for weekly use. Not the best for pet hair.

It lost suction in the first five minutes of cleaning and I had to return it.

Nice Vacuum while it worked. On day I was using it and it just stopped working

I bought a similar Hoover Wind Tunnel three years ago. It was a better quality, sturdier machine.I'm sorry I sold it when I moved. Although the vacuum was lightweight and easy to use, it did not have much suction and did not do a good job of cleaning and picking up dirt. Staff at the store was very helpful.

Not bad, does the job, but vacuum cord mechanism doesn't work.

Good basic vacuum. Thought it would have way more power.

we have purchased many of the same brands / models over the years and we have seen an alarming downward trend. Example - the wheels have become very cheap. A switch that used to be on the extended handle is now on near the base (to save how many hundredths of a penny?)

Second one in less than a year that has quit working

I purchased this vacuum cleaner because it was low cost and was only used as a secondary unit. While it is a good value, I returned this item and purchased a more expensive unit. This unit did not work well for me and I was not pleased with its power.

I have had hoover commercial vacuum before and my satisfaction led me to choose Hoover once again. This vacuum is quite powerful, sturdy, flexible and work the value. Despite of a little heavy weight, it works awesome on rugs and floor I have. The add on suction pipes and hand roller are the perfect to the need for everyone, and they works without any negotiation. I still have not had opened the bottom brush roller to clean up, but I guess, it would not be complicated. I have not use the sofa and seats fabric suction add on but looks needy and useful. The wire rolling back feature with one push button is an awesome feature, but the only thing that would be a concern of alert is, if we keep even a small piece of wire in wire roll space while using, it gets heated a lot with motor head heat. so it is advisable to pull out entire wire and use vacuum to avoid possible wire burn/ heat

Poor suction, Loud, pain to empty and began to self destruct 6 months in and began smelling like it was burning .

Its a good vacuum for low maintenance carpets. I have dogs and kids and people walking thru so this vacuum didnt last too long.

I like the design of the vacuum and how the tools attach to the device itself. Also like the cord winder. But it does not really suck up the dirt as well as I would like. Glad is was priced low.

Worked fine, but after less than 4 months it started overheating in a short period of time and would shut off. Takes too long to vacuum when you have to let it cool down before continuing.

Worst vacuum I ever purchased. I will never buy a Hoover again. I always trusted Eureka and should have bought that brand in the first place. The Hoover had a leakage issue right out of the box. I googled to see why a brand new vacuum had no suction and a high pitch whistling sound on top of the loud motor noise. The answer I received was that there was an air leak somewhere on the body or hose of the vacuum. They gave serval ways to test the machine to find the leak. Why would I even try, the vacuum was brand new! Back in the box and back to Best Buy. My new Eureka works great!

The vacuum was alright. It wasn’t very powerful as stayed, it left behind a lot of dust and hair even after several passes it didn’t seem to pick everything up

Should of played with this one a little more in the store. .. not a very good vacuum. Too bulky and heavy!

Did not even last for some months. Makes big noise while using it. Would not recommend.
