    Works perfectly on hardwood and carpet. Love not tripping over the cord or having to fight to wrap it up. Little tricky the first time getting the canister to lock back into place but once i figured it out it is easy. Do wish the lock the hose extender was a little more secure but that is a minor annoyance.
