Easy to use and light-weight, accessible attachments, cleans well! I'm amazed at the amount of pet hair it picks up. The canister is easy to clean. The automatic cord wind-up is truly appreciated.

This vacuum handles high traffic areas, pet hair, and has great tools for hard to reach areas (ceiling fans). Easy clean up and a powerful motor makes this vacuum a great choice for those who don't fall for the marketing. Happy Cleaning.

When my Dyson broke and the only repair center in Denver temporarily closed, then my Kenmore started acting up, I needed a vacuum. I grabbed this Hoover WindTunnel 2 on sale at Best Buy, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. With very good suction and easy maneuverability, this unit has exceeded expectations. The front is relatively low, so it fits under some furniture. The only downsides are that it's somewhat heavy, so hard to use on stairs, and the cord is pretty short, a challenge in a larger home. Overall, though, what a great value in a vacuum.

I've fortunately had the luxary of using a Dyson v10 vacuum for a year or so but, I needed another vacuum which is why I picked up this one because I didn't want to spend Dyson money. Well, I'm probably going to return this one and just spend the extra money on a Dyson. This vacuum is cheaper compared to the higher quality vacuums on the market and to be fair I didn't expect the performance to be AS great however, I didn't expect such a huge margin in performance when it came to actually using it. 1. Most of my apt is carpet and I also have some vinyl in the kitchen. Compared to my previous Dyson this vacuum doesn't even come close to cleaning the carpet and removing dirt and small particles that comes with having carpet. Yes I can see that it picks up bigger things and hair for sure but not the smaller things that accumulated like dust. The Dyson on the other had always had me surprised at how much it did pick up especially because I vacuum quite often since I always keep my windows open. I vacuum every two days because of my windows being open and the Dyson always reflects how much fine particles and dust along with of course the visible debris versus this vacuum which seems to only be able to pick up longer hair and that's about it. 2. The vacuum is easy to use however, it is very loud. The upside to having this vacuum versus a Dyson is that the dust bin is much easier to empty and if you like lines on your carpet this thing is a pro at that too. Otherwise, the rollers often stop spinning as they aren't powerful enough to spin while you push this heavy thing back and forward as is customary in vacuuming. I've definitely had vacuums of this caliber in the past and most people know that a new vacuum typically works fine but with prolonged usage the suction becomes little to none and the only fix is a new vacuum. You 100% you likely experience that with this vacuum so I'd recommend getting the replacement plan if you opt for this unit. However, I strongly recommend investing in something like a shark or Dyson, but mainly a Dyson haha. As I said I owned a Dyson for about a year and experienced no issues at all. The suction stayed the same all the while picking up everything too. The air in the home will literally feel cleaner too. Btw the Dyson was owned by a roommate who took the Dyson upon move out (the Dyson did not die). Overall though this vacuum will get you through the day. I've just had better so this review is a little more critical. Hopefully this helps in decision making.

We chose an inexpensive but reliable vacuum cleaner. This purchase was a pleasant surprise. Price - quality, excellent.

I was replacing a "not so old" upright vacuum cleaner that was a shark because it tipped over and the plastic arm broke and could not be repaired. I decided to not get another shark based on the plastic breaking issue and was checking out Hoover and Bissell. I decided, based on the reviews, that the Hoover would meet my needs and not be outrageously expensive like a Dyson. I am happy with my purchase it is powerful, has good attachments, has a long cord, does not require a bag to be replaced, and it seems like if it were to tip over it would not break.

My previous Hoover was quieter and lighter but this does a better job and it’s multi surface.

It;s easy to use, cleaning feature and works good!

It has good suction, love the cord auto rewind, which I like. The dirt canister unit has an easy removal and bottom release feature so you never have to touch the dirt - A Definite positive! Only negative so far are the tools. They keep falling off the unit and when in use, don't stay hooked together- there's no "click" to keep them on. Need to have better clamps or ways of attachment but I don't use that much so still like the vacuum.

So I was in bed in the back in cleaner when I bought this particular one. I was a little more picky this time around and wanted something that was going to actually pick up dust and dirt in my carpet versus the one I just bought from Walmart. This vacuum did that and it did it well. I love the retractable cord and that I can actually see the dirt and dust being picked up. The only downside is that it is heavy and bulky so you do get a good bicep workout. Other than that I recommend it.

The Hoover WindTunnel 2 Whole House Rewind Upright Vacuum is a sturdy vacuum with good suction and multiple setting heights from shag carpet to bare floor. I love that the accessory tools are onboard. The things I find undesirable are it's very heavy and not self propelled. I ordered online and while searching did not see any self propelled offered at Best Buy.

Purchased for my son for his new home. He loved the retractable cord, ease of use and the many attachments. He said he'll clean more often now.

I am very pleased with this product as it functions exactly as advertised. It picks up dust and hair and the attachments work well. And the automatic power cord winder works very well - bonus.

This is replacing 2 high end vacuums. It's easy to use, so much less expensive and does a great job cleaning. Love that the cord automatically rolls up and out of sight

Although I gave only 4 stars, I do recommend this vacuum. Reason for 4 stars ... cord definitely needs to be longer. I have bought MANY vacuums (Dyson, Hoover, Shark ...) and this so far ranks up at top of list. 2 dogs, 3 cats requires constant cleaning and this Hoover has taken up the challenge! Very easy to use. Turning the knob for night of carpet to bare floors is a breeze, my last vacuum was extremely difficult.

Have had the vacuum cleaner for a little over q yeqar now. Does a great job of keeping the carpets clean. Lightweight so easy to move.

I am very pleasantly surprised that this vacuum has maintained such great suction while coming at a fourth the price of some competitors. The attachments and ease of emptying are positives as well

This vacuum has five settings for all floor surfaces that can be switched easily. A little heavy to lift but picks up anything off wood and tile and leaves carpets looking like a pro did the work.

Very good product till today is working like the first day I love it .
