My turning belt already snapped and I had to order new ones (at retail price) to replace myself. My cord button stopped functioning and it needs to get repaired. It is a rather big and heavy vacuum & the suction isn’t the greatest either. Not to mention how difficult it is to open the canister. Overall… I rate this vacuum 1 star and a big thumbs down.
