After the last one I had for about 5 years on/off switch broke on me and I couldn’t find no one to fix it. I decided to purchase another one and I’m glad I did

When I took it back for repair, they couldn’t fix it and that model was discontinued. Everyone was so helpful. They allowed me to choose another model. It costed less than the first one, so they refunded me the difference. I would recommend Best Buy to my family and friends
