Attachments are cheaply made - the one with the bristles they show cleaning ceiling fans feels like it's going to fall apart when you use it. The pet hair attachment has plastic paddles in it instead of bristles like my old one had and does poorly picking up dog hair. Vacuum is heavy and front is too high to go even a little under the fronts of furniture or cabinets. It's adequate for now but I'll replace sometime in the near future.

When I took it back for repair, they couldn’t fix it and that model was discontinued. Everyone was so helpful. They allowed me to choose another model. It costed less than the first one, so they refunded me the difference. I would recommend Best Buy to my family and friends

Otherwise, this was a waste of time and money on this purchase. It looked brand new when I received this item but after a few times using it, the vacuum power would turn off by itself after 5 minutes of use. If you wait long enough, it will start back up again but always turned off after about 5 minutes running. It is so inconvenient to have to call support and I cannot return this to BestBuy.
