Otherwise, this was a waste of time and money on this purchase. It looked brand new when I received this item but after a few times using it, the vacuum power would turn off by itself after 5 minutes of use. If you wait long enough, it will start back up again but always turned off after about 5 minutes running. It is so inconvenient to have to call support and I cannot return this to BestBuy.

It works as it should but if I could change one thing it would be the extendable wand. Once you extend it you twist it so that it will stay open. It loosens very quickly and you need too keep twisting it regularly. Not a deal breaker but it is annoying.
