It’s gets the job done and it’s a great price. I like the little attachment for the baseboards. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it way heavier than other vacuums I’ve owned.

I have tried other settings but it still feels like it is not vacuuming with the same power.

Posted .Hi Pamela! If you feel like performance has decreased, please give the following steps a try: The long hose is designed to be removed completely. You can run a broomstick through the hose to check for clogs. The lower hose could also be checked for clogs. You can use a grabber tool or something similar and remove anything found here. The filter is washable with water. Once washed, allow to air dry for 24 hours. We recommend doing this every 4-6 full uses of the vacuum. Turn the vacuum on its side while it is on to check if the brushroll is spinning. If it isn’t, the belt may need to be changed. This should get you vacuum up and running again.
