The only thing is that just like most vacuum, it seems to lose suction after awhile as hair and debris can trapped underneath the vacuum and needs to be cleaned out.

I usually dislike within a few days, this one I've had a few weeks and it does more than what I thought. And it by far exceeds my expectations. I'm usually already on the lookout for my next vacuum by now to start saving, but I think it can wait a while longer this time.

Replaced with new model because the old one had a split in the corrugated tube and the handle cracked, which kept pinching my hand. This new model no longer has the option to shut off the roller brush! When the vacuum is in the upright position, the old model would stop the roller. The new one just keeps digging into the carpet. Even with it on the highest floor setting, SHUT IT OFF if it isn't being moved. Otherwise, you will have a shredded look to your carpet where it was sitting, even for just 10 seconds. Also, the power button was moved from the convenient position on the handle to halfway down the back of the body, which is a real pain when having to shut it off periodically to move things around to clean. Also, having the roller brush going when on hard floors usually just flings things around instead of getting them sucked up. VERY poor design to remove this option.

Has all the same features which are so useful and make work easy. Our daughter-in-law and granddaughter also have them, and are very happy with them!

Makes it easier to clean up and much less waste. I also love how the cord itself wraps around on the inside of the device with a push of a button. No longer need to mess with cords either.
