Gets the job done, its easy to empty the collection bin and it works great on dog hair.

Very heavy..pulls shaggy rug from ground!!

Great suction. Accessories are very useful. The roller does a great job in getting smaller items. Not self-propelled like my old one though, making it somewhat hard to push. Overall, a great vacuum for the price.

Only time will tell if this was a wise choice. The vacuum had a sticker on it saying it was designed for homes with pets. We have pets that shed a lot. The vacuum worked first time, but lost its suction the second time. After messing around and removing a few parts, I found that the vacuum hose was clogged with pet hair. I had to remove it to clear the hose. It seems unusual to me that an "floor mode" the vacuum still draws through the attachment hose. I understand the economy of it, but expect to have to clear the hose regularly, whether you think you're using it or not.

I would not recommend the service representative in Rochester, MN.

I have noticed that some of the dust that gets picked up stays on the top of the trash container, thus making me unlock the handle to dump out the trash.
