Its okay get what you pay for but some of the things that was made is pointless and could have used it to make it better than it is

I needed a new vacuum, one with power and flexibility to clean up after two active kids and their pets. I went to BestBuy as I always do when I need new electronics. This vac looked good, had the features I needed, was priced well and it was a Hoover. What a disappointment. The suction is so so and not consistent, attachments are clunky, it clogs way to easily and is a beast to clean. Save your money if this is your choice. Buy something else if need a new vac. So disappointed.

Worked fine at first had good suction and all but now it’s obnoxiously loud, barely suctions even though it has a lot of power.

Vacuum works great . The only thing I don’t like is that it’s really heavy . My mother is a senior citizen and she definitely can’t use it.

A little expensive and I noticed the button to retract the cord doesn't work with one touch. I usually have to manually feed the cord back in the apparatus.

I bought this vacuum for use in my one bedroom carpeted apartment, and so far it has been great. Price was right for my space, and it is very versatile for use on floors and the attachments to help with windows and hard to reach spots on kitchen floor. Very happy with my purchase.

Cleans my carpet, rugs, and blinds well. I can see the dirt, lint, everything it traps and helps to know it’s getting the job done. It’s just abit bulky.

I needed a new vacuum and didn't want to spend a lot of money. Did some research and purchased this one. Easy to assemble and light enough to carry up and down stairs. Accessories work we'll. Favorite part is that the cord winds up into the machine and i don't have to worry about the cord bending.

Overheats and shuts of within a few minutes. Followed instructions, pulled cord all the way out, still overheats. Machine won't turn on until it cools off. Machine is supposed to be an upgrade to its previous version, but it's exactly the same. (Except the previous version doesn't overheat.) Even the parts are interchangeable.

Good vacuum, was bought for the new carpet in the basement since it has an adjustable height. Just wish it could be used at 1/2 intervals for the height as 4 is to low and 5 is a little to high. Does the job though

Product started smoking and burning. No idea what happened. Used my $60 protection plan and got a replacement. Same issue a few weeks later. Best Buy won’t help at all and told me to eat the cost. Now I have to spend another 150+ on a vacuum.

I am a dog owner and needed a vacuum for a reasonable price that would be strong enough to clean up after a 2 year old dog. This vacuum does the trick and was well worth the investment.

It vacumms okay and it is affordable but if you use it often I would recommend a better vacuum to achieve better results.

Performs well,picks up pet hair well,easy to empty out. Motor is powerful enough for deep pile carpet,can adjust to any carpet. Reel back is tricky, won't pay extra for that option again.

when i bought this vacuum it was $100.00 and by far one of best ones i had went strong for 3 years. till the ruber got loose but expected thus why i place the warranty.

if you ever go to a wedding, buy a vacuum. Best go-to gift. They’re probably going to buy a house or have some type of fur baby. The dreaded dog fur or worse...... cat fur. Be that person, be the forward thinker friend. Not the friend that buys lame gifts at the wedding.

Love my new vacuum does everything my hardwood floors and my rug as well as my sofa and gets all the pet fur up and no bags which is great especially with asthma

This vacuum is not for the physically weak because it's a heavy monster. It does its job and has good suction power but it feels like it has eaten way too many chicken sandwiches.

I give this a 3 star because of lack of attachments, I love how the cord retracts with the push button feature..

I’m about to return this vacuum cleaner. It works for carpet, but after vacuuming on hardwood floor there are still plenty of small particles. If I use brush, it throws small stuff from the floor forward, instead of picking it up. I don’t have high cleaning standards, but this one can’t do a good job.
