The vacuum cleaner was great ..however readit sucked the delievery person. They left my stuff outside by apartment complex. The delievery guy gonna call after he left. How is this acceptable? Someone almost stole my vacuum.You need to call best buy and see if you can get it another way. Readit sucks and is very unprofessional..If this happens again ..I will not order from best buy!!! You need to pick a better delievery service!!!

Love the automatic cord rewind… It is very hard to push... Love the color… Picks up dog hair perfectly

It works pretty good, but my hose keeps falling out of it for some reason. Other than that it's good.

As a carpet cleaner, I've tried and used many vacs over the years. For my home, I won't buy any vac other than Hoover as my every day vac. (FYI-I also use a Kirby) This unit is well designed and capable for it's intended use.

This purchase replaced a dead Kenmore Elite that was made by LG. It had the exact specifications as the one it replaced, so it was a perfect fit. It's a microwave. It does what it is intended to do.

This is a great vacuum, the only problem is it overheats way to fast and I have to wait a while before I can use it again.

Had to buy this because my older WindTunnel stopped working. It's good enough for the price. The retractable cable is a nice touch. But it does seem to get very hot. But it's probably fine.

We got this vacuum after our other one broke. We literally vacuumed about a week before (with the old one) and this one picked up so much more that we actually got kind of scared that our old vac was missing so much!

My favorite thing about this vacuum is that depression time on it because there's something else wrong with it I will replace it with you in a minute I'm amazing

Wow!! I’m amazed with this Hoover - WindTunnel 2 Whole House™ Rewind Bagless Upright Vacuum it picks up everything without leaving any dust or my dogs hairs behind. The only thing it does get a little hot after a long use. But then it’s back cleaning good!

I bought this few months back and used several times and I am quite disappointed with the quality of cleaning it does on carpet. I see that it doesn’t suck even simple dust like small piece of paper or food. I have to use it 3-4 times on same surface to get the needed cleaning. I won’t recommend it to anyone

Has been a very useful device that has replaced our old vacuum. Really captures a lot more extra dust, and the extra tools and length of wire make it very convenient to use!

It’s an okay vacuum, you get what you pay for. If you don’t have a lot to spend this is an okay vacuum. I expect I’ll be replacing it within the next 2-3yrs.

Met my expectations. I have gone through several vacuums, with 3 dogs, and the Hoover WindTunnel2 is light and my carpet felt brand new.

Amazing vacuum! I love this thing. The pet attachment is perfect for vacuuming upholstery. It also has an extender to have the ability to clean ceiling fans.

Very happy with this vac. It's twice as expensive as my last one but cleans at least four times as well. Only criticism would be that it is difficult to empty, since I have a long-haired pet and the fur gets wrapped around the wind tunnel.

With two cats I go thru lots of vacuums. I like the ease of bagless. The pickup is ok. I do have to go over areas repeatedly which is a bummer. For the price it’s okay.

I have Birds and they make a mess even if you have all necessities for them not to. This vacuum picks up all the food off the floor and feathers even there dander from the furniture. Great buy.

Great vacuum. Just recently bought a house and have been using this all throughout it. Cleans well and picks up so much! Has really been helping get the dust and debris that have always impacted my allergies and sinuses.
