Never can go wrong with Hoover - considered Best Buy brand but definitely like the design and functionality of this. No complaints. For the price - it is great.

I have purchased this cleaner as a stand by since my primary one had the handle broke. It served the purpose and it is very rugged and reliable.

The Hoover Wind Tunnel 2 is an very good economic alternative to other bagless upright vacuum brands costing $300 plus. Well designed features and superior suction on all surfaces.

A basic instrument that should not be missing in a home, although this one in particular, makes me practical, easy to use and even elegant.

Excellent product which has many features. I have not tried them all but the basic use of the sweeper is amazing and I expect to have a long lasting relationship with this product.

I had this for a couple of years and it worked great. Then, I got a dog. This is a vacuum designed to work with pet hair. It does not. In 2 months the thing stopped suction.

Great quality at a great price very pleased with the product overall, just wish one of the tools wouldn't keep falling off.

This must be a defective design. I had 2, the first one started making an extremely loud noise, so loud that when I called Hoover to complain I put my phone on speaker and the agent could hear there was a problem. It was only 3 or 4 months old, under warranty and Hoover replaced it. The replacement broke in 4 months...it shuts off after about 10 minutes and will not work for hours, then again it works for 10 minutes and shuts off. I called Hoover and followed there instructions and it still does not work. I will never buy another Hoover.

Great value working good so far with no problems. If you can buy warranty on your product hey are well worth it as this was an exchange return for another vacuum they misbehaved while under warranty.

Had our previous bagless vacuum for somewhere around 7 1/2-8 years. It still worked but was ready for an upgrade. Got it for a decent price and so far seems to work well. No complaints.

A great deal... the retractable cord eliminates all the wrapping up around the handle. No bags, just empty the cup which you can see when it needs to be done.

Using this to clean my cousin's house, the home of 3 dogs with lots of dog hair, dust, and dirt. I especially like the turbo attachment.

I really like this vacuum. I recently had to retire my previous bag vacuum, and I’m so glad I did. It picks up EVERYTHING and I like the fact that once it’s time to clean out the container, you just dump it and go! Best vacuum ever!

After 1 month it gave out, I have low carpet and no pets

Purchased to replace another Hoover. Glad I bought this one instead of the first one I had. Hose is longer and easier to use. Rolls with ease. Pick up us great. I use around my house and so glad I have this one now.

This vacuum has quite a bit of suction, but I prefer my old Bissell. The power switch being a toggle switch on the upper part of the vacuum as opposed to a foot switch is terrible. The hose attachments are atrocious. You’re supposed to extend the plastic tube and lock it into place. The “lock” is a joke and the tube still collapses easily in on itself. The narrow plastic attachment used for getting into smaller crevices is notched at the tip and does not suck up as well as it should. There is also no switch to change the air flow from the lower part of the vacuum to the tool hose. I would return this item if I could

The suction power of this vacuum is OK. It is a little heavy and the brush attachment for the fan is so so.
