This must be a defective design. I had 2, the first one started making an extremely loud noise, so loud that when I called Hoover to complain I put my phone on speaker and the agent could hear there was a problem. It was only 3 or 4 months old, under warranty and Hoover replaced it. The replacement broke in 4 months...it shuts off after about 10 minutes and will not work for hours, then again it works for 10 minutes and shuts off. I called Hoover and followed there instructions and it still does not work. I will never buy another Hoover.

I really like ALL the features of this vacuum.It works very well for all of the pet hair we have.Also good for any meds from my wood stove.

Not sure what one would expect for the price. It works well, no frills. Build seems a hair cheap, but again, its an entry level unit.

Decent vacuum for the price u pay. Quality wise to much breakable plastic parts, but with care and tlc this vacuum is a good value.

I owned a Hoover back in 2009 and got rid of it 1 year ago. Bought a different brand that didnt even last the 6 months soo I had to go buy another one. I decided to go to Best Buy and buy another Hoover and to my surprise I love it!!!!!

This vacuum has quite a bit of suction, but I prefer my old Bissell. The power switch being a toggle switch on the upper part of the vacuum as opposed to a foot switch is terrible. The hose attachments are atrocious. You’re supposed to extend the plastic tube and lock it into place. The “lock” is a joke and the tube still collapses easily in on itself. The narrow plastic attachment used for getting into smaller crevices is notched at the tip and does not suck up as well as it should. There is also no switch to change the air flow from the lower part of the vacuum to the tool hose. I would return this item if I could

Purchased product to replace the same product that has provided good service over the past 5 years. Good product at a great price.

Looks really good but that's the only possitive thing I can say about this product. Bought it in Dec and 2mo later have to buy another vacuum.Doesn't have enough power to do the job.Have to go over and over 5 -6 times,trying different angles in order to lift a tiny little piece. Also very heavy. My whole body got sore after I cleaned the floor. Dust balls got stuck in the canister and you have to get creative to take them out. Save your money and get a dirt devil. It sucks 5 times more and it's super light in comparison with this one

Having more carpet in my new home required an upright vacuum for thre first time in many years, I did a lot of research & compared prices & happy with my purchase!

This was a replacement for a “top-if-the-line” Shark, which worked well but only lasted 4 years. My parents had a Hoover that lasted decades..,we shall see if this one can endure as well. So far, I’m pleased. It vacuums quite well.

Worked good it’s just a very big vacuum the dison vacuum is more expensive but I enjoy it more

This is my second Hoover...I had first on for 15+ years and it was my fault that I burned up the motor. The new Hoover is every bit as good and exactly what I expected.

I always like the vacuum cleaners with the bag. It fills up and then you throw the bag away. These type of bagless vacuum are not my favorite. You have to take the canister outside to dump it in a bag and all the dust goes everywhere and in your nose. because of the design of this vacuum cleaner you can not get under the bed or under coffee table. The canister is too round and won't fit.

Was looking for a relatively inexpensive vacuum for my small apartment. This WindTunnel 2 does a good job, but didn't cost me an arm and a leg.

Have owned this for about a year. Haven’t replaced any belts (yet) very sturdy and heavy, design is a bit on the bulky side.

Old windtunnel was ready for an upgrade so we picked up this one. Great function and picks up debris very well. Satisfied with purchase. Great value

After 1 month it gave out, I have low carpet and no pets

Only used it 2 times so far. Dust cup fills pretty fast or I'm real dirty!!!

This is my second one. The first one lasted almost 2 years with daily use. I bought the 2 year protection plan so swapped out the old for a new one. I do not have pets and use it on a high pile rug, carpet and hardwood floors.

With the many attachments and options this product is very versatle. I have a mix of hard wood floors and rugs with this handling both well.
