This is my second of this same vacuum cleaner. I brought my first 3 years ago and it broke, my fault. I recommend this vac because it is light weigh and has a lot of accessories.

Works great on all surfaces, read through manual first, makes the use of the product that much easier to use

Was shocked so many people gave it a 4 star! The vacuum doesn’t pick up all the stuffs in my floor. To use the extended attachment is not user friendly.

My cleaning lady used this today, for the first time, and she said it was easy to maneuver. My carpeting looks great!

The only issue that concerns me is that the vacuum doesn't pick up as well if I retract the roller. Otherwise, I like it.

Great vacuum, many great features. My favorite is the foot switch that turns off the brush, great for throw rugs.

Bought this model as an upgrade to a 15 year old vacuum and they have come a long way. This model really picks up the dirt and it's easy to empty. I'm really happy I picked a Hoover, always a great vacuum cleaner.

The new wind tunnel is good. A great thing that I purchase the three-year warranty since they don't last very long.

Good vacuum for the money. Used on mostly carpet flooring and works as advertised. Not the lightest or fanciest but cost is also fair for it.

Vacuum works great. Carpets looked much cleaner after using for the first time. Cord was not rewinding correctly though or would be 5 stars

Love it. Have 2 dogs that shed so bad I use it twice a day and it does not clog. Nice to not have to un clog a vacuum for once and not go broke buying one.

Smaller base works great for tight spaces with a cushioned front to prevent scratching baseboards. The ability to turn off rotating brush is great for the fuzzy and woven rugs.

Love it! Not too loud, attachments are life savers for cleaning stairs & base boards. Retractable power cord makes storing it very easy. Hose is very stretchy and extends about 20 feet. Great price for the product!

This vacuum did exactly as it is intended to. The ability to bend the arm to a 90 degree angle to reach over my ceiling fan blades was great!

This vacuum does what is expected and works as good as any vacuum I have had in this price range. The extension is nice for ceiling corners and fans.

Works on hardwood floors carpet and tile! Not too loud and is pretty light weight. Cord is long enough for a average sized home.

I don't have much carpet so I didn't Want to spend a lot of money on a vacuum. This one does the job.

Very loud, floor height adjustment average, on/off switch needs to be relocated. Power cord could be longer.

Ok for small jobs. If I could have afforded the $300 Hoover version, I'm sure I would be much happier. This machine overheats after 1 room. I've got 7. It does the job just fine, but it's a $100 vacuum. I just have to pause after each room to let her breath again. The higher Hoover models work fantastic this one works fine for my hundred dollars.

I have owned an older model of this vacuum cleaner and was very pleased with it. This model seems to be very touchy with it's electronics. It shuts off after using it for awhile. You can only do one room and then it shuts off. Have to let it rest before you can resume cleaning. Maybe Best Buy can give me some help with this.
