    The screw was missing for the handle to connect to the body of the vacuum. I bought another screw for it but it does not tighten. I works great but if i grab it by the handle to roughly or try and pick it up it will disassembly.

    dust hides no more the system does an excellent job getting rid of the dust mites and can be used on different types of carpets and floors

    This vacuum has been the best I have experienced. The ease of vacuum makes it so easy to get around my home in a reduced amount of time. The retractable plug is a plus.

    Great vacume but arm extensions needs work. When extended it does not lock well. Kinda of on the cheap side.

    Retractable cord both good to unwind but a problem to retract slowly. Hose easier to use than my old detachable hose. Works as advertised.
