    This is my 2nd wind vacuum! 1st one went out on us after 3 years so I would totally recommend you buying the Best Buy 4 year protection plan!

    Roller and the belt very defective. Have to be replaced at least every 3 months and we used somewhere of 2 times per week

    What can I say, i own two of these.....great vacuums. Only downside is you end up having to wash the filter and let it dry every few months.
